Introduction

Mameda-machi, Hita city Oita prefecture.
There is “Kazahaya”.
in that town where the streets of the Edo-period still remain remarkably.
There are only 6 rooms in the back of a quiet alley.
There is no such a gorgeous hospitality, however
with the sense of Japanese added by the “beauty WABI”,
We prepared a quiet space where the mind is loose.
In the changing age, we inherited the taste of this town and
would like to give the greatest moment in Japan.

Rooms & Interior

There are only 6 rooms, that is especially why we used local materials for the building and interior.
(Like Hita cedar,Hita Clay)
Beds and Futon in your room are all custom made items. Specious rooms, arrange calm Japanese space with Shoji windows. (Only special room is impediment removal)

Restaurant

Our restaurant built in 1813 as storage of Japanese Sake brewery. Local production for Local consumption, coloring of the seasons and chef’s skills. we hope you feel that atmosphere of the past.If you have difficulties food, allergies etc. Please do not hesitate and tell us in advance.
